After flying overnight from JFK to Nice, we settled into our hotel and spent the rest of the day walking around the city. For all the incredible things about Nice, the beach is terrible – all rocks, no sand and lots of dudes in Speedos. We enjoyed the first of what would become an endless parade of incredible, fresh and simple meals involving seafood from the Mediterranean.
