Avon is a great example of why keeping up with CTMQ is both impossible and fun.

Since I began the site in 2006, Avon has done a fantastic job with the trail system it manages. They have connected what used to be a disjointed mishmash of properties and now one can hike long, contiguous trails From Fisher Meadows down to Fisher Farm and into Farmington and back up north. Or, better yet on the western side of town, Found Land now connects to Huckleberry Hill, then to Countryside Park and all the way down to the Farmington River via the Buckingham Trail system.
